By accessing or using the Sunair Heating & A/C Supply Warranty Management System (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Terms, which has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
The Service is operated by Sunair Heating & A/C Supply (“Sunair”, “we”, “us”) for its authorized sellers, warranty managers, and administrators. Accounts are created by authorized Sunair administrators. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Sunair immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may use the Service solely to submit, review, manage, and approve warranty claims for Sunair products. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in every claim and signature. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit fraudulent claims, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
When you type your full name as a signature on a warranty claim, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and true, and you consent to the use of that digital signature as your legally binding signature, with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, in accordance with applicable electronic signature laws.
The Service facilitates the administration of product warranties. Warranty coverage is determined by the applicable Sunair product warranty terms in effect at the time of product installation. Sunair reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional information for any claim. The Service itself is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
